JSA was appointed to review the development potential of a striking locally listed building in Erith and planning permission for its extension and conversion into 9 residential apartments was granted in May 2010. Following the grant of planning permission, the landowner successfully sold the site onto a private developer.

In January 2011, JSA were approached by the new owners of the site and appointed to manage and co-ordinate (i) the discharge of planning conditions, (ii) an application to secure design amendments made on site and, (iii) the preparation of building control drawings following a series of enforcement issues.

After successfully resolving and completing these important issues, we are delighted to see the site lawfully completed and our original scheme implemented.
