JSA Planning have been appointed to secure planning permission for the installation of the ‘Eastbourne Hi-Flyer’, an exciting new tourist attraction for Princes Park in Eastbourne. Working in partnership with Summercombe Leisure, the tethered hot air balloon will benefit from a prominent position and will rise up to heights of 400ft, providing spectacular panoramic views across the south coast.
