Barn Conversion

A barn conversion in Cookham Dean, Berkshire

Status: Planning Approved

The scheme proposed the conversion of the existing barn to provide a 3 bedroom detached dwelling with associated parking and private amenity space. The barn, initially constructed to serve agricultural purposes when the site was a farm, was proposed to be converted providing a detached, self-contained and independent residential dwelling with associated car parking and private amenity space.

The conversion will create a three bedroom dwelling set across two floors with bedroom accommodation being provided on the first floor along with a family bathroom. The master bedroom will include an en-suite and dressing room. On the ground floor, the dwelling will provide a lounge, WC, utility room, study, kitchen and family / dining room.
