The construction of a 131 bedroom hotel which formed part of the ‘Rose Bowl’ redevelopment to the north of Southampton.

The hotel provides guest accommodation across four levels with 5 state of the art meeting rooms. The design utilises a series of striking curved roofs and dramatic glazed atrium incorporating a contemporary reception and restaurant area.

JSA recently obtained planning permission for a 45 bedroom extension to the hotel in August 2007 and this is currently under construction.
