JSA has successfully secured planning permission for a two-storey side and rear extension on a property located on Clifton Close, which is essential for the applicant’s quality of life. The extension seeks to include a physiotherapy room and space for rehabilitation equipment as well providing adaptations, such as window openings accessible for those in a wheelchair, sliding doors, a wet room and a loft, that will make the home more accessible for the applicant.

The plan incorporates such accessibility requirements whilst also respecting the amenities of neighbouring occupiers and the appearance of the street scene. Vehicle access to the site is set to change, with an extra entrance to enable easier access for the applicant.
