The application proposed a two storey side extension, conversion of the loftspace and the provision of three dormer windows. The extension provided in the basement a bedroom, gym, bathroom and storage, at ground floor level a garage, bedroom/home gym and en-suite. Within the roofspace we provided three bedrooms, one with ensuites, a dressing room and bathroom.

The extensions and alterations have been designed to conserve the character and quality of the Outer Loudwater Conservation Area with the main bulk of the extensions hidden through the sites levels and the number of trees on site. In addition to this the loftspace accommodation is provided within the existing roofspace.
