The design of this replacement dwelling had to fulfil the client’s brief of a large classical English house set within a heavily constrained Green Belt setting.

The result is a well proportioned Georgian style property, incorporating a basement with indoor swimming pool, changing facilities and gym, together with a large kitchen/ breakfast room, dining room, living room, study and five bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities.

Planning Permission for the scheme was granted in October 2009.
