Tirley Garth

An extension and partial refurbishment in Tirley Garth, Cheshire.

Client: Private Client

Status: Planning (ongoing)

JSA Architects has recently won a prestigious commission for the extension and partial refurbishment of Tirley Garth, a substantial Grade II* listed building in Cheshire.
As a fine example of the early 20th Century Arts & Crafts movement, Tirley Garth is acknowledged as an important historical building and is set within 16 hectares of Grade II* Registered Historic Gardens.

As part of the overall client brief, JSA Energy has also been commissioned to advise on energy and waste management strategy for the main building and the wider estate. Incorporation of renewable energy technology and reduction of overall carbon emissions are two of key project objectives.

JSA Planning has also been appointed to providing planning advice for the project and will coordinate the submission of both the planning and listed building applications.
