Construction of a new ‘Holiday Inn’ hotel as part of the SEGRO development at Winnersh Triangle. The new hotel will form part of Phase 1 of the development which will eventually provide over 2 million sqft of office, leisure and retail space.

The hotel will have circa 174 guest rooms and will be served by a new restaurant/bar, conference facilities and a leisure centre including a swimming pool and gym.

The site is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2009.
