JSA Architects have successfully achieved a granted planning permission for the thriving Woodlands Park Village Centre on behalf of White Waltham Parish Council. The flourishing village centre, on the outskirts of Maidenhead offers a wide range of services that hugely benefit the community. The centre is a local asset and its redevelopment will benefit the local area enormously as the current available space is proving insufficient for White Waltham Parish Council to continue to carry out community activities and generate income which enables them to continue their valuable work.

The proposal entails a two-floor extension which will enhance the existing community facilities. It will include the creation of a ground floor foyer and upper level administration and meeting space. This development will provide greater flexibility in the use of building and enable the facility to accommodate a wider range of activities than at present and operate more efficiently.
